Real Estate Finance

Juan Carlos Bujeda

Juan Carlos Bujeda is a seasoned real estate finance professional with over 17 years of international experience across the U.S. and Europe, specializing in capital markets, private equity, and real estate development. He has held key leadership roles including Director at CBRE, where he was instrumental in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions, and Investment Director at Urbania Developer, where he leads investment strategy and capital raising efforts. His expertise spans financial modeling, deal structuring, and fundraising across multiple real estate asset classes. Juan Carlos has led and advised over €1B in real estate transaction in his 17 year career. Juan Carlos holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Patrick Cosgrave

Patrick Cosgrave is a seasoned real estate & funds management professional with over 9 years of experience. He started his career in Australia at Macquarie Group in their Commercial Real Estate Specialised Lending team, progressing from an analyst to a manager. He then spent time as an Investment Manager at Eildon Capital (now Trilogy Funds), where he managed a $250m Australian based real estate credit fund. In his time along with the Investment Director they originated over $100m of new lending. He has since relocated to The Netherlands and joined ABS. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Honors Major) from The University of Melbourne.
